Pre-Conference Doctoral Consortium

We are pleased to announce that pHResh will organize a Doctoral Consortium as part of the pre-conference activities at EAWOP 2015 called “Leadership in your PhD project”.

This doctoral consortium provides you, as a PhD candidate, an opportunity to get the maximum out of your conference experience by getting to know other PhD candidates and discussing your project with distinguished researchers in your field. The consortium is organized by pHResh, the network for PhD cadidates in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior.

The first part of the consortium will include advice and discussion on leadership theory (Keynote #1: prof. dr. Anders Dysvik) and successfully managing a PhD project (Keynote #2: prof. dr. Nicky Dries). During the second part of the consortium we will split up in small groups of PhD students working on similar topics for workshops led by distinguished scholars in the respective fields. Within these smaller groups students will present their PhD projects and discuss issues of successfully managing a PhD project.
