Tova Rosenbloom
Tova Rosenbloom is associate professor of psychology at the Management Department, Bar Ilan university in Israel. She is deputy head of the department and the head of the research branch. She is an organizational and traffic psychologist and her key research fields are in society diversity and in personality traits as mediator in organizational phenomena such as connectivity to work in after working hours and burnout. She is a reviewer in the Leadership Quarterly and in Journal of Managerial Psychology.

Professor, Dr., Faculty of Psychology, Lomonosov Moscow State University. The head of the Laboratory of Work Psychology and Supervisor of the Magister program “Organizational Psychology”. Coordinator of the Division “Psychology of Self-Regulation” at the Russian Psychological Society; member of the IAAP Board of Directors (1994-2010); member of ENOP and EAWOP since 1994. Main research interests: job analysis, organizational culture, work motivation, occupational stress and well-being at work, diagnostics and regulation of human functional states, mental health promotion technologies, psychology of critical situations and accidents, cognitive ergonomics and optimization of human-computer interface.
Jurgita Lazauskaitė-Zabielskė
Lecturer and Researcher at Vilnius University. Her research, teaching and consultancy are situated in the field of social and organizational psychology with the main interest in organizational justice. Several studies that she is currently involved in investigate the role of individual and organizational characteristics on organizational citizenship behaviour, and perceived job insecurity. She is also a Board Member and Head of Organizational Psychology Committee at Lithuanian Psychological Association, and a Member of National Awarding Committee of EuroPsy.
