| June 2nd, 2014 | First call for papers, start of online submission of abstracts and start of online registration |
| October 8th, 2014 | Deadline abstract submissions and start of review process. NB! submission deadline extended to October 17. |
| January 15th, 2015 | Latest date of notification of abstract acceptance |
| February 15th, 2015 | End of early bird registration (regular congress fee) |
| February 28th, 2015 | End of registration for first authors of accepted contributions to ensure that the contributions can be entered into the conference program. NB! Extended to March 4th! |
| March 25th 2015 | Notification to submitters/presenters about program placement. |
| May 15th, 2015 | End of online registration |
| May 20th, 2015 | 09.00 - 16.00: Pre-congress workshops |
| May 20th, 2015 | 17.00 - 20.00: Opening of the EAWOP congress and reception |
